Glen Sefcik, author and leadership consultant to military leaders, Olympic athletes and fortune 500 executives, will coach top Brigade and Battalion Commanders during a two day workshop in Ft. Leavenworth, KS

Ft. Leavenworth, KS - January 10, 2015 – Renowned leadership consultant and author, Glen “Coach” Sefcik announced today that he’s teamed up with the ‘True Growth Academy’ to consult participants in the US Army’s Pre-Command Course on the art of leadership this weekend. http://www.lwmiiiconsulting.com/seminarschedules/

The leadership training will be held on Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11 in Ft. Leavenworth. The staff includes retired military senior officers who have been certified by associates at the ‘True Growth Academy’ as coaches for the program.

“Retired generals, command sergeant majors and select business executives have been contracted to conduct balanced readiness seminars for Brigade and Battalion Commanders and Command Sergeants Major,” said Sefcik.

Following the training, participants will assume new commands at various army bases and locations around the world including Iraq, Afghanistan, Europe and the Pentagon.
