coach top Brigade and Battalion Commanders during a two day workshop in Ft.
Leavenworth, KS

Leavenworth, KS - January 10, 2015 – Renowned leadership consultant and author,
Glen “Coach” Sefcik announced today that he’s teamed up with the ‘True Growth
Academy’ to consult participants in the US Army’s Pre-Command Course on the art

The
leadership training will be held on Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11
in Ft. Leavenworth. The staff includes retired military senior officers who
have been certified by associates at the ‘True Growth Academy’ as coaches for
the program.
“Retired
generals, command sergeant majors and select business executives have been
contracted to conduct balanced readiness seminars for Brigade and Battalion
Commanders and Command Sergeants Major,” said Sefcik.
Following
the training, participants will assume new commands at various army bases and locations
around the world including Iraq, Afghanistan, Europe and the Pentagon.

Coach
is a former International level athletics coach, academic affairs director, and
executive life coach for Fortune 500 companies. He served as the Olympic coach
for the Saudi Arabian National Team, was the National Chairman for the USA
Track and Field Coaching Education Committee and was selected by the US Olympic
Committee to attend the International Olympic Academy in Olympia, Greece. He is
