Brennan Station lands Dollar Tree, three other new retailers
Clothes Hound founder Bryce Batts has been selling a collection of apparel, handbags, jewelry, accessories and shoes by hard-to-find brands such as Free People, Gentle Fawn and French Connection from her Durham-based online boutique since 2008. The 1,300-square-foot flagship store at Brennan Station in Raleigh aims to carry the season’s latest trends in women’s clothing, shoes, accessories and handbags when it opens in late June.
The management company of Brennan Station, Hawthorne Retail Partners of Charlotte, adds in a written statement that Adore Boutique, MB Goldsmiths and Dollar Tree will also be joining its mix of restaurants and retailers later this year.
Adore Boutique, a consignment store that specializes in high-end designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Prada, has already opened to shoppers and is the second store location for the Cary-based retailer. Allison Mark is the manager of the new store.
MB Goldsmiths, which was formerly known as Touch of Gold Inc., is making its return to Brennan Station under the leadership of Michael Borovsky. MB Goldsmiths will offer computer aided design and manufacturing of jewelry items, as well as carrying a selection of items in sterling silver, assorted gold and platinum jewelry with diamonds and color stones.
Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) specializes in the sale of seasonal items, party goods, gift wrapping materials, health products and beauty products that cost $1 or less. The national retail chain has more than 30 other locations in the Triangle region.
Brennan Station is a 130,664 square foot shopping center located at 8111 Creedmoor Road that was built in 1980 and renovated in 2008.
